
Cooking is theraputic for me.
Lately, I've been trying to master cooking and timing. I am very proud of my food but not too proud of how time consuming it can be. One of the few times the perfectionist comes out in me is when I am preparing meals. I just like to take my time and enjoy the experience... too bad Nathan isn't a big fan of that. These past few weeks though, I have stepped it up and made some major progress. Yay! When making really good dinners, I've gone from about 2 hours for dinner prep to about 1 hour. Not to bad at all huh??
...But for tonight, we'll have to settle with some Freschetta Frozen Pizza.
I'm still sick with the cold. :(
